in recent weeks it has been reported that child on child sexual assault has risen by 71% percent.
A possible reason for this is that the child’s body systems are over stimulated / are over active and the child finds it difficult to fight the sensations.
A possible reason may be over active and or early development triggering of gonadotropin-releasing hormone system. Yet because of the system activating early, there is no outward developmental changes until the teenage years.
Something else that can cause early triggering of processes, is what the child is exposed to.
When young I remember being taken to barber shops and seeing pin ups of page 3 women and other exposed women.
When young I also saw some of a pornographic film, this due to a family relative putting it in the VCR by accident when I had gone to visit them.
Also the behaviour of adults and other children around the child can have an influence too.
The early activation of gonadotropin-releasing hormone system or part of the system, could also maybe due to the body compensating for some other developmental deficiency or ‘mutation’ = “the changing of the structure of a gene, resulting in a variant form which may be transmitted to subsequent generations, caused by the alteration of single base units in DNA, or the deletion, insertion, or rearrangement of larger sections of genes or chromosomes.”

If this could be examined in greater detail it would be greatly appreciated?
